I am a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to empowering clients using a holistic strength-based approach. My collegiate educational training and experience includes social work, mental health, and early childhood development. I have worked in various settings providing services to clients of diverse backgrounds, with a specialization in children and families. Using evidence- based techniques I support clients as they navigate the impacts of adverse experiences, societal changes, and daily stressors. As integrative perspectives evolve, connection to positive outcomes become stronger which shapes my approach to mindfulness based cognitive therapy, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy. As a member of Psychology Today and NASW, National Association of Social Workers I am committed to working with clients as they discover healthy coping skills that allows them to be present & mindful in the moment.
